• Return Authorization: Our team will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please write this number on the return package.
• Shipping Returns: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect items). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure successful delivery.

3. Condition of Products

• All returned products must be in their original packaging, unopened, and unused to qualify for a refund or exchange. Items that show signs of use or tampering will not be accepted.

4. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
